We want you to be happy with Scruto. If it doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked. Simply email us at [email protected] with your purchase email and we'll process your refund promptly.
How refunds work
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
- Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider) and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and access to Scruto will end.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, refunds are not guaranteed but we'll consider requests on a case-by-case basis. If Scruto isn't working as described due to a bug or technical issue, reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Cancellations
You can cancel your annual subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. After cancellation:
- You retain access to Scruto until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew.
- Your local data (tags, descriptions, transcripts) remains on your device.
